Roof Damage from Tree in Lombard, IL

We were called out on an emergency call to Lombard, Illinois to service a customer. The customer had a tree limb fall and hit the corner of his roof. He was concerned that there was major damage and wanted us to check on it. We went out immediately and looked over the roof and found there were several shingles torn off. We put a tarp over the area and gave the homeowner a bid for the project. He wanted us to repair the roof as soon as we could, so we went out bright and early the next morning to begin repairing it. We arrived promptly on-time and started repairing the roof. We had the roof repaired by the late afternoon. The homeowner came out and looked over the roof, and thanked us for a quick and responsive job.

We asked the homeowner how he heard about our company and he said he found us by using his Google App on his phone. A week later Eric sent us a thank you card and told us he left us a review online. We read the review where he said our company team members were outstanding. He said we came out after hours and put a tarp on his roof before knowing if he was going to hire us, and our price was affordable for such a good job.
