Roof Dip Is Repaired In Darien, IL

Berg Home Improvements was called out to do roofing service in Darien. The customer had a flat roof that was giving her problems. Our technicians went on the roof to see what the problem was, and the roof had started to dip in the center because of extensive water damage. The flat roof wasn’t draining properly and it was having an effect on the roofing.

The Berg Home Improvements crew arrived to start the roof replacement and repairs. We removed the current roof, then replaced the wood and joints, so we could start the new flat roof installation. The project was completed ahead of scheduled and we let the customer know that we were done. We let her know the severe damage that her roof was in, but it was all repaired. We told her if she had any problems to give us a call. Before we left, we gave her an optional survey to fill out, along with a comment section.
