We used Berg Home Improvements for our roof, siding, and windows in May of 2021. We were blown away by not only the quality of their work but their professionalism and customer service as well. From the initial consultations, John was patient and knowledgeable, and the pricing and timeline for our projects were reasonable. Each of the crews for the roof, windows, and siding were always punctual, courteous, and extremely hardworking. Any time we had questions, we were able to promptly speak with a crew member or John. We were prepared for the projects to take longer than promised or for issues to come up, but none of that happened, and everything went incredibly smoothly. Berg exceeded all our expectations. It is so rare to find a company that meets every deadline and is priced, with quality work and customer service from top to bottom. We are so thankful to have worked with them and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
