For over a year, we searched for a company that we felt comfortable installing new windows on our home. Finally, we called Berg Home Improvements, and a wonderful salesman named Nick came out to give us a quote and to explain in detail about the windows we would be getting and the time frame that it would take to install them. The installation crew, Andrew, and his partner arrived right on time and were also a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely professional and installed the windows in no time with minimal disruption in the house. They cleaned up thoroughly and walked us through how everything works with the new windows. We couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship of the installation and the quality of the windows. Andrew even was kind enough to fix a small gap in our gutters where birds were getting in and out. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend them; and we look forward to having more windows installed soon!

Update: We had Berg out again the following year to install more windows. As before, Nick was a pleasure to work with and offered us competitive prices on high-quality double pane windows. This time Brent came out to install the windows. He did a wonderful job and really took the time and effort to get the finer details, such as capping the exterior trim and caulking perfectly. Again we highly recommend them if you want great windows installed with pride and care at an affordable price!
