I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Berg. John Oros was fabulous to work with and was extremely courteous and professional. I obtained ten quotes for a windows replacement, and John gave me the best price by far. He was not a “sale-see” but instead explained what my options were. No pressure sales tactics were used, which I really appreciate. John was great about emailing me throughout the process on a timely basis and immediately responded to my questions, no matter what time of the day. The installation crew was very professional, arriving exactly on time and quickly replaced the windows. They even fixed one of the broken blinds in the process. I would recommend Berg to anyone and have only wonderful things to say about this company. Thank you, everyone!
