We were referred to John for full window replacement in our 1940s home and are thrilled with the outcome. Our original windows were installed when the home was built and in bad shape and no longer helped insulate the house, so we opted for full window repair, including trim and casing.

John was a great at listening to our desires and guiding us through options. We went with the Marvin Elevate series (painted pine), installing 10 double hung windows across our home, which took less than two months from signing the final contract to completing install.

The workers were friendly and operated with care despite having to deal with delicate plaster walls and stucco. When we had questions for John about whether the full contract had been executed, he made a aite visit and ensured our concerns were fully addressed. The results are beautiful, the products and work are high quality, and we look forward to using Berg again for other home improvement projects in the future.
