It depends on the project, but we can potentially stage them back-to-back—roof crew finishes, gutter team rolls in—so you regain full drainage as soon as possible and only need one dumpster in your driveway.

For a standard, single-layer tear-off our crew comes in the morning to strip, re-deck if needed, shingle, flash and magnet-sweep the lawn all before dusk. Multi-layer or complex roofs have the potential to spill into Day 2, but we strive for it to never go beyond.

Consider moving patio furniture 10 feet or more clear of the workspace, pulling picture frames off exterior walls, trimming shrubs waist-high and marking sprinkler heads. Once our team arrives, we’ll do the rest, including a second sweep for hidden rot or carpenter ant tunnels.

Your project manager will let you know about the damage, price the needed fix on the spot, and ask for your approval. No work proceeds without your sign-off, so surprises never land on the final invoice.
