Roof Replaced After Years of Neglect in Westmont, IL

We were scheduled to do a roofing replacement for a homeowner in Westmont, IL. The homeowner had Berg home improvements evaluate his roof because he had lived in the home for ten years and never done any work to it. He had started seeing stains on his ceilings, so he knew something was wrong it. Our technicians went up on the roof to evaluate it and found that the roof had major water damage. We gave the homeowner the bid for the complete roof replacement and the homeowner scheduled us to do the work.

The roofing crew had the roof replaced ahead of the time then asked the homeowner to come to take a look at his new roof. The homeowner came out and said, “Wow, I like it. The roof looks great.” The crew talked with the customer and let him know that we could repair his ceilings from the water damage as well and talked with the customer for a while. He told us that he didn’t know where to find a good roofing company, so he went on Google and our company came up.
